What is customer-persona-builder?

A method for describing target customers through their jobs-to-be-done—the outcomes they are trying to achieve. It maps customer priorities, buying steps, and the factors behind purchase decisions.

Use it to create buyer personas, rank customer needs, map the buying journey, and identify the criteria people use when choosing a product.

It replaces broad guesses about an audience with a clearer view of customer needs and choices. That makes product and marketing decisions easier to ground in customer behaviour.
