What is startup-idea-validation?

A structured way to test whether a startup idea is worth building before committing major time or money. It evaluates areas such as the problem, market, timing, business model, feasibility, and risks.

It helps plan interviews, smoke tests, concierge or Wizard-of-Oz trials, and paid pilots, then make a GO or NO-GO decision using a nine-part scorecard.

It replaces guesswork with evidence gathered from potential customers and small experiments. This helps decide whether to proceed, change the idea, or stop before building too much.
