Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00045 $0.00664
Opus 5 $0.00023 $0.00332
Sonnet 5 $0.00009 $0.00133
Haiku 4.5 $0.00005 $0.00066

Security

Grade A, and why

pipa-deliver-work scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 12d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

Pipa Deliver Work

Keep active client work moving.

When present, read ~/.pipa/profile.md once for durable business context. If missing, continue without blocking and do not start setup unless the user asks or a soft setup offer is useful.

Use For

  • Status updates, weekly client updates, blockers, risks, escalations, and owner gaps.
  • Delivery handoffs, dependencies, active client portal maintenance, QA, and triage.
  • One-time updates and delivery coordination.

References

  • Load references/examples/deliver-work.md when an example shape helps.

Route One Operation

Explicit operation invocation wins. Otherwise preserve the user's delivery objective and select exactly one:

  • pipa-work-coordination: active ownership, sequencing, rebalancing, or execution checkpoints.
  • pipa-iteration-cycle: sprint/cycle commitments, WIP control, or carryover.
  • pipa-dependency-handoff: cross-team dependencies, approvals, prerequisites, or handoff readiness.
  • pipa-status-update: current project health, RAG/RAID rollup, standup, or stakeholder update.
  • pipa-ticket-triage: incoming tickets, comments, feedback, response priority, or backlog cleanup.
  • pipa-risk-escalation: blockers, owner silence, tolerance pressure, or a decision requiring escalation.

Tie-breakers:

  • Choose status when the primary ask is where the project stands; list triage or escalation as a follow-up only.
  • Choose triage when the primary ask is what incoming item needs response or priority, even when an item is stale or risky.
  • Choose risk escalation only when the primary ask is what is stuck, nearing breach, or needs a higher-authority decision.
  • Route a scope change to pipa-change-control only when fee, cost, budget, or margin impact is explicit; otherwise keep it in Deliver Work.

If the selected operation is unavailable, name that missing skill and stop. Do not imply a fallback or recreate its workflow inline.

Output Contract

  • Current state.
  • Blockers, risks, or escalations.
  • Owners, next actions, and due/review dates.
  • Client/stakeholder update when useful.
  • Evidence/source or TBD.

Changes

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
