Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00028 $0.00529
Opus 5 $0.00014 $0.00264
Sonnet 5 $0.00006 $0.00106
Haiku 4.5 $0.00003 $0.00053

Security

Grade A, and why

influencer-outreach scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 12d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

What it actually says

[SKILL] influencer-outreach [OBJ] Find the right creators, run compliant campaigns, and produce UGC that converts — without paying for fake reach.

[RULES]

  1. [REQ] Discovery: match by audience overlap with ICP (not just follower count), engagement rate (ER≥2% healthy), and niche fit. Micro (<50k) often outperforms mega for niche.
  2. [REQ] Vetting: check fake-follower ratio, audience geography vs target, past brand fit, and comment authenticity. Reject bots.
  3. [CMD] Context7 IDs: gitroomhq/postiz-app (outreach/scheduling), chatwoot/chatwoot (DM management, MIT), plausible/analytics (campaign tracking).
  4. [REQ] Brief template: goal, audience, message, do/don't, hashtags, FTC/#ad disclosure, deliverables, timeline, usage rights. Send before agreement.
  5. [REQ] Free-first: manual discovery via platform search + Postiz for outreach; paid tools (Aspire/GRIN) only as parity.
  6. [REQ] Compliance: every paid post needs #ad/#sponsored; respect FTC + local law; align with marketing-compliance. No undisclosed deals.
  7. [REQ] UGC rights: specify license duration/platform; store consents. Feed assets to content-marketing for repurposing.
  8. [REQ] Arabic/RTL: Arabic creators need RTL briefs, Arabic disclosure (#إعلان), and cultural-fit review per arabic-freelance.
  9. [REQ] Measurement: track reach, engagement, link clicks, conversions, and CPM/CPA. Report to marketing-analytics.
  10. [REQ] Approval gate: contracts/payouts require explicit user yes (kernel write-gate).

[PROHIBIT]

  1. No campaign without FTC/#ad disclosure.
  2. No creator with verified fake audience.
  3. No payout without delivered, approved asset.
  4. No Arabic brief without RTL + disclosure.
Changes

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
