super-bill-ops

super-bill-ops is a skill for Codex from Magical-Bear/BillUserManualSkills. It costs 57 tokens per session (2,121 once invoked), scanned D, original, MIT.

An operations guide for checking systems and running services with systemd, the Linux service manager. It covers permissions, servers, dependencies, logs, deployment, rollback, and production safety.

In plain words
What is it for?
Use it to inspect deployment environments, configure systemd services, check health and rollback readiness, and plan authorised production changes.
Why use it?
It prevents deployments from ignoring the current server state or using unsafe access and secret-handling practices. It also distinguishes system services from user services when administrator access is unavailable.

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00057 $0.02121
Opus 5.5 $0.00023 $0.00848
Sonnet 5.5 $0.00011 $0.00424
Haiku 4.5 $0.00006 $0.00212

Security

Grade D, and why

super-bill-ops scanned grade D with 3 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 1mo ago.

The scan reads SKILL.md. This mod also ships 1 executable file (assets/deploy/deploy.sh), listed below but not scanned — reading those needs a real analyzer, not pattern matching.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

A mod that escalates privileges can change anything on the machine, not only the project.

super-bill Ops

  • Python/uv/Node/Docker、数据库、Redis 和外部依赖。

3. systemd 选择

有 sudo

可安装 system service:

/etc/systemd/system/<service>.service
sudo systemctl daemon-reload
sudo systemctl enable --now <service>.service

无 sudo

优先 user service:

~/.config/systemd/user/<service>.service
systemctl --user daemon-reload
systemctl --user enable --now <service>.service

loginctl show-user "$USER" -p Linger
systemctl --user status

sudo loginctl enable-linger <user>

4. systemd

  • Description
  • After / Wants
  • User/Group(system service)
  • WorkingDirectory
  • EnvironmentFile
  • ExecStart
  • ExecReload(确有支持时)
  • Restart
  • RestartSec
  • TimeoutStartSec
  • TimeoutStopSec
  • KillSignal
  • StartLimitIntervalSec
  • StartLimitBurst
  • WantedBy

  • user service 使用 WantedBy=default.target;system service 通常使用 multi-user.target。

systemctl [--user] status <service> --no-pager
journalctl [--user] -u <service> -n 200 --no-pager
curl --fail --show-error --max-time <seconds> <health-url>

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

super-bill-ops is a skill published in the GitHub repository Magical-Bear/BillUserManualSkills (9 stars, last pushed 1mo ago), licensed MIT. It adds 57 tokens to every session and 2,121 once invoked, about $0.0002 per session on Opus 5.5. A static security scan graded it D with 3 findings (asks for root, reaches for credential files, makes network calls). No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-09-21.
