What is it for?
Use it to prepare truthful examples, practise an interview, review a transcript, improve questions, or create a scoring guide. It adapts to the profession, seniority, and interview format.
Why use it?
It replaces vague interview advice with specific examples, consistent questions, and observable evidence. It also helps separate candidate preparation from interviewer assessment while avoiding unsupported hiring decisions.

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00084 $0.02160
Opus 5.5 $0.00034 $0.00864
Sonnet 5.5 $0.00017 $0.00432
Haiku 4.5 $0.00008 $0.00216

Security

Grade A, and why

job-interview-coaching scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured yesterday.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

Job Interview Coaching

Help candidates demonstrate real capability and assess the opportunity. Help interviewers elicit job-relevant evidence consistently while treating candidates well. Be candid, specific, and supportive; neither empty reassurance nor theatrical harshness teaches useful skills.

Establish the task

Infer candidate, interviewer, or both from the request. A transcript review by a candidate is candidate coaching; a hiring manager improving their questions is interviewer coaching. Ask one short clarifying question only if the purpose changes the next action. Do not force candidates through an interviewer-design intake.

Use supplied materials first. Establish role, actual responsibility level, interview stage/format, time available, and the user's goal only as needed. Say when the rubric is inferred. If they ask to practise now, begin with a suitable question promptly and state any material assumption.

Load only the relevant references

Read the mode reference, then the most specific format/profession reference needed for the task. The four broad family references are for cross-field orientation; prefer the focused playbook for a named profession. Do not load the whole library.

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
