campaign-signal-to-reviewed-experiment

campaign-signal-to-reviewed-experiment is a skill for Claude Code, Codex from manishiitg/coding-agent-loop. It costs 25 tokens per session (664 once invoked), scanned A, original, MIT.

A campaign review workflow that compares campaign performance with a baseline and proposes one controlled experiment. An experiment is a planned test; it is kept separate from approval, launch, and measured results.

In plain words
What is it for?
Use it to review spend, clicks, and qualified events, explain a campaign signal, and prepare one owner-reviewed growth test.
Why use it?
It prevents a correlation or incomplete campaign data from being treated as proof that a change will work. Owners, metrics, guardrails, and missing evidence are recorded.

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00025 $0.00664
Opus 5.5 $0.00010 $0.00266
Sonnet 5.5 $0.00005 $0.00133
Haiku 4.5 $0.00003 $0.00066

Security

Grade A, and why

campaign-signal-to-reviewed-experiment scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 20d ago.

The scan reads SKILL.md. This mod also ships 2 executable files (scripts/test_validate_handoff.py, scripts/validate_handoff.py), listed below but not scanned — reading those needs a real analyzer, not pattern matching.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

Campaign Signal to Reviewed Experiment

Outcome

Explain one campaign change with comparable spend, click and qualified-event evidence, then propose one testable experiment. A performance correlation, approved plan, launched variant and observed result are separate states.

When to use

Use when a B2B team wants to move from a campaign signal to a reviewed next test. One Crew may hold both capabilities for the same owner and access; separate Crews when measurement and change authority differ. Competitive context is optional.

Discovery and user direction

Inspect existing Marketing Crews, account/campaign/offer IDs, current and baseline sources, conversion definition, attribution and lag, eligible audience, owner and experiment destination. Ask only for missing choices. Show the concrete proposal before Builder applies it.

Required inputs

Bind tenant, campaign platform account, campaign, offer, market, currency, periods, time zone, click and qualified-event definitions, source revisions, baseline, coverage, owner, primary metric, guardrail and sample/stop policy. Missing data remains explicit.

Plan and AgentWorks tools

Reuse Campaign Performance Analyst and Growth Experiment Planner; add Competitor Intelligence Analyst only for a bounded, dated source question. Performance writes campaign-performance-brief/v1. Run the bundled validator before Experiment consumes it. Optional Competitor writes competitor-context/v1 and is validated separately. Experiment writes growth-experiment-plan/v1; validate its join and decision rule. Insert explicit validator steps in the Workflow. Publishing a variant, changing spend or sending a message requires a separate exact approval and provider receipt.

Knowledge and persistence

Save campaign/account/offer, period, metric definition, denominator, source, competitor product, plan, experiment, approval, provider and run IDs. On later periods, preserve the comparison policy, account for attribution lag and avoid duplicate alerts or launches.

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
