growth-experimentation-follow-through

growth-experimentation-follow-through is a skill for Claude Code, Codex from manishiitg/coding-agent-loop. It costs 24 tokens per session (835 once invoked), scanned A, original, MIT.

A growth-experiment follow-up skill for turning findings into hypotheses, tracked actions, and checks on results. A KPI is a key performance indicator used to measure whether a change worked.

In plain words
What is it for?
Use it to prioritise growth experiments, record actions, and verify whether a released change improved its target measure.
Why use it?
It links an idea to the change being shipped and checks the relevant KPI afterward, reducing the chance that experiments are launched without learning from their results.

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00024 $0.00835
Opus 5.5 $0.00010 $0.00334
Sonnet 5.5 $0.00005 $0.00167
Haiku 4.5 $0.00002 $0.00084

Security

Grade A, and why

growth-experimentation-follow-through scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 20d ago.

The scan reads SKILL.md. This mod also ships 2 executable files (scripts/test_validate_handoff.py, scripts/validate_handoff.py), listed below but not scanned — reading those needs a real analyzer, not pattern matching.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

Growth Experimentation and Follow-Through

Outcome

Experiment Run Coordinator verifies a frozen, approved plan and provider launch. Growth Outcome Analyst measures pre-registered primary and guardrail metrics after the full window. A plan, ticket or early difference is not a live experiment or win.

When to use

Use after a sourced growth question has a plan from Campaign Signal, Funnel and Conversion, Activation and Retention, SEO, AI Visibility, or an equivalent source. Freeze and approve the plan before launch. This Playbook tracks execution and readout; it grants no change authority.

Discovery and user direction

Builder inspects plan revision, decision, Crews, provider, allocation, sources, owners, window and sample rule. It proposes run and outcome Crews in chat. Selection creates no Crew, ticket, flag, message or schedule.

Required inputs

Record experiment/product/tenant IDs, frozen plan artifact and revision, eligible account rule, control/treatment IDs and allocation, primary and guardrail definitions, minimum sample, readout window, stop rule, approval policy, rollout and rollback owners, provider state and source access.

Plan and AgentWorks tools

  1. Bind Crew IDs and Workflow steps. Save a sourced frozen-experiment-plan/v1 snapshot. Run Coordinator saves experiment-execution-record/v1 with pending_approval or launched state. A launch needs exact plan approval, provider launch receipt and exposure source. Run python3 scripts/validate_handoff.py execution <plan.json> <record.json> as a blocking step.
  2. A pending record stops outcome claims. For provider-confirmed launch, pass the validated artifact by checked alias. Outcome Analyst saves experiment-outcome-readout/v1 as pending_window, inconclusive or measured. Run python3 scripts/validate_handoff.py readout <plan.json> <record.json> <readout.json> before reporting.
  3. The owner reviews measured or inconclusive evidence. Shipping, rollback, budget, CRM, contact and notification actions use separately approved routes and provider receipts.

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
