launch-to-qualified-pipeline

launch-to-qualified-pipeline is a skill for Claude Code, Codex from manishiitg/coding-agent-loop. It costs 33 tokens per session (773 once invoked), scanned A, original, MIT.

A launch workflow that connects approved product messaging and channel actions to inbound enquiries and qualified sales opportunities. It distinguishes a published campaign, a captured lead, a qualified lead, and a booked meeting.

In plain words
What is it for?
Use it to prepare a launch brief, track channel actions, link inbound signals to records, and decide whether enquiries have become qualified pipeline.
Why use it?
It prevents marketing activity from being counted as sales pipeline without evidence from the sales system. Claims, attribution, contact rules, and review ownership stay explicit.

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00033 $0.00773
Opus 5.5 $0.00013 $0.00309
Sonnet 5.5 $0.00007 $0.00155
Haiku 4.5 $0.00003 $0.00077

Security

Grade A, and why

launch-to-qualified-pipeline scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 20d ago.

The scan reads SKILL.md. This mod also ships 2 executable files (scripts/test_validate_handoff.py, scripts/validate_handoff.py), listed below but not scanned — reading those needs a real analyzer, not pattern matching.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

Launch to Qualified Pipeline

Outcome

Produce a sourced launch brief, reviewed channel action ledger, linked inbound signals, and a qualified pipeline decision backed by Sales records. Draft, approved, published, lead captured, qualified, contacted, and booked are distinct states.

When to use

Use when a B2B company wants one accountable route from a new offer and site to qualified enquiries. A simple strategy question can stay in one Crew. Use the existing Sales Playbook for its qualification, follow-up, and meeting subroute.

Discovery and user direction

Inspect current Crews, site and offer, customer evidence, approved claims, assets, channels, campaign IDs, form and CRM records, contact policy, budget, owners, and meeting source. Propose reuse or reviewed creation. Show the exact plan before Builder applies it; selection changes nothing.

Required inputs

Bind launch and offer version, audience and market, source-backed message, channel and budget bounds, visitor action, qualification and contact policy, attribution rule, baseline or baseline-first choice, and review owners. An export supports a manual first route.

Plan and AgentWorks tools

Reuse or propose GTM Strategy Analyst, Launch Coordinator, Lead Intake & Qualifier, and Sales Follow-up Coordinator. Add Website Growth Starter only for needed site work. Builder may use `create_crew` with stable keys. Strategy emits `gtm-launch-brief/v1`; validate it before Launch reads it. Launch emits `launch-signal-register/v1`; validate it and match an exact event/lead before Qualification. Then use Inbound Lead-to-Meeting Review and its validator for the qualification-to-follow-up route. Publishing, spend, and contact each require separate authorized action routes.

Knowledge and persistence

Save offer, launch, asset, campaign, source, event, lead, action, Crew, and run IDs; approvals; provider receipts; metric definitions; source times; and prior decisions. Re-read current states and deduplicate before every repeat.

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
