offer-to-seller-readiness

offer-to-seller-readiness is a skill for Claude Code, Codex from manishiitg/coding-agent-loop. It costs 30 tokens per session (576 once invoked), scanned A, original, MIT.

A reviewed workflow that turns an accepted, priced software offer into an unpublished brief for sellers. It checks billing prices, customer access rights, approved product claims and dated buyer objections.

In plain words
What is it for?
Use it to verify an offer and plan, then prepare evidence-backed seller guidance for a named pricing or enablement owner.
Why use it?
It reduces the risk that sellers use an outdated price or make claims that the product or contracts do not support. It keeps the guidance unpublished until it is reviewed.

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00030 $0.00576
Opus 5.5 $0.00012 $0.00230
Sonnet 5.5 $0.00006 $0.00115
Haiku 4.5 $0.00003 $0.00058

Security

Grade A, and why

offer-to-seller-readiness scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 19d ago.

The scan reads SKILL.md. This mod also ships 3 executable files (scripts/category_route_contract.py, scripts/test_validate_handoff.py, scripts/validate_handoff.py), listed below but not scanned — reading those needs a real analyzer, not pattern matching.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

Offer to Seller Readiness

Outcome

Produce an accepted offer decision and an unpublished seller-ready brief with exact claim and price evidence.

When to use

Use this route when the job crosses the listed owners or access boundaries. A single Crew may do a compatible read-only task. This package is a Builder proposal, not an active automation.

Discovery and user direction

Inspect existing Crews, source access, policy revisions, owner decisions and the exact subject. Ask only for missing facts, then show the proposed route for review.

Required inputs

One offer, plan, price revision and buyer persona with protected customer contracts and a named pricing and enablement owner. Read current billing price and entitlement revisions, unit-cost evidence, approved product claims and dated buyer objections.

Plan and AgentWorks tools

Create reviewed steps for pricing-packaging-analyst (gtm-offer-decision/v1) → sales-enablement-coordinator (gtm-enablement-brief/v1). Reuse Crews where compatible; Builder may propose create_crew for a missing role. Validate each typed artifact before the next step and independently re-read current source state. No billing price, entitlement, contract, public page, seller asset or prospect contact changes from this proposal.

Knowledge and persistence

Store tenant, subject, Crew, artifact, source revision, decision, approval and provider receipt IDs. Re-read source truth and deduplicate on repeat; keep prior decisions in the ledger.

Validation and reporting

The contract validator checks exact identity, revisions, time order and route-specific false claims. The first artifact, last artifact and rejected artifact exercise it. The dashboard must separate pending review, owner approval and observed provider action.

Guardrails

Pricing owner accepts the exact offer; Enablement removes stale prices and unsupported claims before a separate content review. No billing price, entitlement, contract, public page, seller asset or prospect contact changes from this proposal. Do not count a draft, approval or planned action as a provider outcome.

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
