opportunity-to-reviewed-requirements

opportunity-to-reviewed-requirements is a skill for Claude Code, Codex from manishiitg/coding-agent-loop. It costs 27 tokens per session (600 once invoked), scanned A, original, MIT.

A reviewed product-discovery workflow that turns a bounded customer problem into an accepted priority and testable product requirements. It uses authorised research and current roadmap evidence without automatically creating delivery work.

In plain words
What is it for?
Use it to research an opportunity, decide its priority against strategy, and write requirements that can be reviewed and tested.
Why use it?
It reduces the risk of building from an unverified opportunity or silently changing the roadmap. Open questions, participant privacy and the decision owner remain visible.

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00027 $0.00600
Opus 5.5 $0.00011 $0.00240
Sonnet 5.5 $0.00005 $0.00120
Haiku 4.5 $0.00003 $0.00060

Security

Grade A, and why

opportunity-to-reviewed-requirements scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 19d ago.

The scan reads SKILL.md. This mod also ships 3 executable files (scripts/category_route_contract.py, scripts/test_validate_handoff.py, scripts/validate_handoff.py), listed below but not scanned — reading those needs a real analyzer, not pattern matching.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

Opportunity to Reviewed Requirements

Outcome

Produce a sourced opportunity, an owner-accepted priority decision, and testable requirements with open questions and no automatic issue write.

When to use

Use this route when the job crosses the listed owners or access boundaries. A single Crew may do a compatible read-only task. This package is a Builder proposal, not an active automation.

Discovery and user direction

Inspect existing Crews, source access, policy revisions, owner decisions and the exact subject. Ask only for missing facts, then show the proposed route for review.

Required inputs

One product, customer segment, opportunity and strategy horizon; preserve participant privacy and the current roadmap revision. Use authorized research, current opportunity and roadmap records, an approved strategy goal, and current design or behavior evidence.

Plan and AgentWorks tools

Create reviewed steps for product-discovery-researcher (product-opportunity-brief/v1) → roadmap-prioritization-analyst (product-priority-decision/v1) → product-requirements-coordinator (product-requirements-brief/v1). Reuse Crews where compatible; Builder may propose create_crew for a missing role. Validate each typed artifact before the next step and independently re-read current source state. No participant contact, roadmap edit, issue write, delivery date or customer promise follows from installation or a draft.

Knowledge and persistence

Store tenant, subject, Crew, artifact, source revision, decision, approval and provider receipt IDs. Re-read source truth and deduplicate on repeat; keep prior decisions in the ledger.

Validation and reporting

The contract validator checks exact identity, revisions, time order and route-specific false claims. The first artifact, last artifact and rejected artifact exercise it. The dashboard must separate pending review, owner approval and observed provider action.

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
