skillset-inventory-review

skillset-inventory-review is a skill for Claude Code from mappedsky/seizu. It costs 30 tokens per session (553 once invoked), scanned A, original, Apache-2.0.

A review workflow for inspecting Seizu skillsets and skills and recommending specific improvements. It examines their stored definitions, templates, triggers, parameters, required tools, enabled state, and optionally their version history.

In plain words
What is it for?
Use it to audit a named skill, skillset, or domain and suggest changes to identifiers, descriptions, workflows, tools, triggers, and parameters.
Why use it?
Skill inventories can become inconsistent, vague, or outdated. Reviewing the stored definitions rather than relying on memory helps identify missing instructions, unsuitable triggers, and recent churn.

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00030 $0.00553
Opus 5.5 $0.00012 $0.00221
Sonnet 5.5 $0.00006 $0.00111
Haiku 4.5 $0.00003 $0.00055

Security

Grade A, and why

skillset-inventory-review scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 1mo ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

What it actually says

Review Seizu's skillset and skill inventory for the area the focus input names. Use the skillsets MCP tools as the source of truth; do not infer stored skills from memory.

Inputs — the values arrive in the ## Inputs block below these instructions:

  • focus — the skillset, skill, domain, or review goal to concentrate on.
  • include_versions — whether to review version history as well.

Workflow:

  1. Call skillsets__list to identify available skillsets.
  2. For every relevant skillset, call skillsets__get and skillsets__list_skills.
  3. For every relevant skill, call skillsets__get_skill and inspect its name, description, parameters, triggers, tools_required, enabled state, and effective_enabled state.
  4. If include_versions is true, call skillsets__list_versions for relevant skillsets and skillsets__list_skill_versions for relevant skills to identify recent churn or stale definitions.

Review criteria:

  • Skill and skillset IDs are lower_snake_case, specific, and stable.
  • Descriptions explain when to use the skill, not just what it is named.
  • Templates include clear workflow steps, output expectations, tool-use order, and evidence/uncertainty rules.
  • Parameters are minimal, typed correctly, and have defaults only when a safe default exists.
  • Triggers are natural phrases users are likely to ask.
  • tools_required contains every tool the rendered skill instructs the agent to call, and no unrelated tools.
  • Disabled skills or disabled parent skillsets are called out with operational impact.

Output format:

  • Inventory Summary: count skillsets and skills reviewed; note disabled items.
  • High-Value Skills: skills that are well-structured and why.
  • Issues: ordered findings with skillset_id, skill_id when applicable, impact, and exact recommended change.
  • Suggested Edits: concrete new descriptions, triggers, parameters, tools_required, or template changes.
  • Follow-up: any additional skillsets or skills that should be created.
  • Keep the response evidence-backed and separate confirmed stored metadata from recommendations.

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
