A tool for creating, reading, editing, and otherwise working with Microsoft Word documents in the .docx format. It supports document formatting such as headings, tables of contents, page numbers, and letterheads.

Use it to produce or modify formatted Word documents, including reports, letters, and documents with structured sections or page elements.

It helps automate Word-document work that would otherwise require repeated manual editing. It is suited to documents where layout and formatting matter.
