What is whatsapp-funil?

A tool for planning WhatsApp and direct-message sequences in a marketing funnel. A funnel is the series of messages and steps that moves a potential customer toward a purchase, such as reminders, abandoned-cart messages, and follow-ups.

Use it to create message sequences for events or live sessions, confirmations, abandoned carts, declined cards, customer education, and re-engagement.

It turns a product or offer into messages suited to different moments and levels of customer awareness.
