Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00063 $0.00792
Opus 5.5 $0.00025 $0.00317
Sonnet 5.5 $0.00013 $0.00158
Haiku 4.5 $0.00006 $0.00079

Measured 6d ago against content hash 5d9442890364, method: parsed. Prices are Anthropic first-party input rates as of 2026-10-07, from the pricing page.

Security

Grade A, and why

symphony-trello-board-cards scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 6d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

Symphony Board Cards

The symphony-trello card commands read the board's Trello key and token themselves and never print them. Work only through these commands: the .env files and any secret file a workflow names stay unread, because the commands never need you to see a credential.

Steps

  1. Run symphony-trello status to see the connected boards. When more than one board is connected, pass --board NAME to every card command, with a board name that status shows.
  2. Run symphony-trello card list --board NAME --json to learn the lists, their roles, where moves and new cards are allowed, and the open cards.
  3. Run the card command the request needs. Add --json whenever you read the output, and name each card by its title and URL in your answer.

Commands

Command Does
card list [--list LIST] Lists with roles, permissions, and open cards
card show CARD One card with description, checklists, attachments, comments
card create --title TITLE [--description TEXT] --list LIST New card at the bottom of a list
card move CARD --to LIST Moves a card
card comment CARD --text TEXT Adds a comment; Symphony appends its footer
card archive CARD --confirm-title TITLE Archives a card

CARD is a card id, a short link, or a https://trello.com/c/ URL. LIST is an open list name or a role: active, in-progress, human-review, blocked, merging, or terminal. A list name wins over a role name.

Rules

  • When the user does not name the list for a new card or a move, and the list roles from card list leave more than one list that fits, ask the user which list to use. Never guess a list.
  • Archive a card only after the user confirmed that exact card, by title, in this conversation. Pass that title as --confirm-title; the command refuses a title that differs from the card's. Trello keeps archived cards, and the board menu restores them.
  • The workflow's trello_tools settings decide where cards may move and start. A failure prints setup_failed code=CODE message=... and exits with 2. These codes mean a setting refused the write: trello_tools_disabled, trello_writes_disabled, trello_comments_disabled, trello_move_not_allowed, trello_move_allowlist_required, and trello_create_list_not_allowed. For them, tell the user which setting refused the write; edit the workflow only when the user asks for that.
  • Any other code, such as trello_auth_failed or trello_api_request, is not a workflow setting. Tell the user the message and the Next step: line that follows it, and leave trello_tools alone.
  • In a Symphony worker run on a card, where the trello_move_current_card tool exists, handle that card with the worker's trello_* tools.

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
