Getting it into your agent
One page per mod, every tool's command on it. A separate URL per tool would split the same page into five that compete with each other.

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.00205 | $0.03434 |
| Opus 5.5 | $0.00082 | $0.01374 |
| Sonnet 5.5 | $0.00041 | $0.00687 |
| Haiku 4.5 | $0.00020 | $0.00343 |
Grade A, and why
cz-company-due-diligence scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 4d ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Nothing flagged
None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.
How it starts
The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 201 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.
Czech / EU company due diligence (cz-agents MCP)
Use the cz-agents MCP servers to screen a company (counterparty, supplier, customer, acquisition target) against Czech and EU public sources, and write a sourced, time-stamped report a human can act on. Works fully on the free tier.
Positioning — say this in every report: this is a screening tool, not an audit or a legal opinion, and comes with no warranty. The output is input for a human decision. Registry data is valid only as of the query time.
When to use
- The user gives a Czech IČO (8 digits; 7-digit forms are zero-padded) or a Czech/EU company name and wants to know if it is safe to deal with.
- Requests like: prověř firmu / dodavatele / protistranu, KYC, AML, due diligence, je na sankčním seznamu?, má insolvenci?, je spolehlivý plátce DPH?, kdo je statutár / jednatel?, kdo firmu vlastní / skutečný majitel?, check this supplier, sanctions screening, vendor onboarding, counterparty check.
- A non-Czech EU company (SK, PL, DE, GB, …) or a foreign parent of a Czech company.
When NOT to use
- Accounting, tax or legal advice (how to book, whether to pay VAT, contract wording). You may report a VAT-payer status; do not advise on tax treatment.
- Screening or profiling private individuals outside their role in a company (e.g. "find everything about Jan Novák"). Persons are in scope only as statutory members / owners of the company being checked.
- Credit scoring, financial statements, or collections — these tools do not provide them.
- Real-estate distress data, FX rates or payment QR codes — other cz-agents servers, not this skill.
Servers you need
Free servers (hosted, anonymous): dd, ares, isir, sanctions, adis, eu-registry.
Setup: references/install.md. Tool catalogue with inputs,
outputs and tiers: references/tools.md.
Tool names below are given as server.tool; your client may show them prefixed
(e.g. mcp__dd__get_dd_report). If a server is not connected, say which one and
continue with what is available.
What ships with it
6 files beside SKILL.md in the same directory: the scripts, references and assets a skill reads on demand. Not counted in the per-session cost; read them before you install if any of them is executable.
What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

cz-company-due-diligence is a skill published in the GitHub repository martinhavel/cz-agents-mcp (6 stars, last pushed 5d ago), licensed MIT. It adds 205 tokens to every session and 3,434 once invoked, about $0.0008 per session on Opus 5.5. A static security scan graded it A with 0 findings. No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-10-16.
