Team-MINO-Android: Skill for Claude Code

.claude/skills/mino-plan/SKILL.md

mino-plan is a skill for Claude Code from mash-up-kr/Team-MINO-Android. It costs 41 tokens per session (4,646 once invoked), scanned A, original, Apache-2.0.

A planning skill for the design stage of a software project, using a specification to create an implementation plan and supporting design documents. It is for Android projects and does not implement the application itself.

In plain words
What is it for?
It is for producing plan, research, data-model, API contract, and quickstart documents under a specification directory.
Why use it?
It turns agreed requirements into a clear technical plan without silently adding new requirements. Keeping planning separate from implementation makes missing decisions and conflicts easier to identify before coding begins.

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00041 $0.04646
Opus 5.5 $0.00016 $0.01858
Sonnet 5.5 $0.00008 $0.00929
Haiku 4.5 $0.00004 $0.00465

Security

Grade A, and why

mino-plan scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured today.

The scan reads SKILL.md. This mod also ships 1 executable file (scripts/openapi_digest.py), listed below but not scanned — reading those needs a real analyzer, not pattern matching.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

입력

$ARGUMENTS

(Scope Guard)

  • 규약 문서(docs/conventions/·docs/architecture/)를 고치지 않는다.

Plan

plan.md 헤더의 버전은 MAJOR.MINOR.PATCH 시맨틱 버저닝을 따른다.

Phase 0/1이 만드는 research.md·data-model.md·contracts/·quickstart.md는 plan.md에 종속된 부속 문서다.

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
