Getting it into your agent
One page per mod, every tool's command on it. A separate URL per tool would split the same page into five that compete with each other.

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |

Grade A, and why
html-video scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured yesterday.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Nothing flagged
None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.
How it starts
The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 101 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.
HTML Video
Author a video as plain HTML and CSS, then render it with a pinned, project-local Hyperframes CLI. The bundled CSS-only templates use local assets after explicit bootstrap provisioning; authoring and static audit need no network. Rendering arbitrary project code is not an offline sandbox: enforce external network isolation when that guarantee is required. Deliver editable HTML, its statically reachable asset closure, provenance and licence records, the verification reports, and the MP4 together.
When to Use
| Request | Fit |
|---|---|
| Titles, comparison, diagram walk-through or captions rendered to MP4 from HTML/CSS | Use a bundled template |
| Edit or re-render an existing Hyperframes composition | Audit it first, then run the workflow |
| React or Remotion component, Manim scene, existing-video analysis, plain web page | Not this skill |
No cloud rendering, avatar or model generation, publishing, or skill installation is part of this workflow. Do not read or invoke any other package from here.
Prerequisites
SKILL_DIR is the absolute directory containing this file. The scripts need Python 3.12+ and only the standard library. Rendering needs Node (major in config.toml), FFmpeg with ffprobe, a Chrome or chrome-headless-shell executable, and a font file the user may redistribute. The Hyperframes version is pinned once, in config.toml; never state or override it elsewhere.
Never install system binaries yourself, never run Hyperframes through npx, and never use @latest. If a prerequisite is missing, stop and tell the user what to install.

Workflow
- Pick and copy a template.
init TEMPLATE DESTcopiestitle-sequence,comparison,diagram-explainerorcaptioned-sequence. All are 1920x1080, text-editable and animated by finite CSS keyframes. - Get the font from the user. Ask for a font file (woff2, woff, ttf or otf), its licence text, SPDX id and source. Never download or assume one; never bundle a system font.
fonts add PROJECT --font-file F --family NAME --license-id ID --license-file L --source Scopies it, records provenance, writesfonts.cssin the project's assets directory, and updates compiler-visible inline@font-facedeclarations inindex.html. Templates use the aliasHV Text; no manual HTML edit is needed.--familyis only the provenance name; the CSS family is--alias(defaultHV Text). Provision a second family, such as a monospace, with its own--alias "HV Code"on each of its faces and reference that alias in CSS, or it becomes another face ofHV Text. - Bootstrap once.
bootstrap PROJECT --browser-path PATHpins an existing browser, or--download-browserruns the pinned CLI's ownbrowser ensure. The package manager comes from the project lockfile (npm for a fresh project). The lock.html-video/environment.jsonrecords tool paths and actual versions, including the browser's own--version. Afterwardsdoctor PROJECTre-verifies offline. - Author. Edit text and
data-start/data-durationvalues; see the contract below. Keep the rootdata-durationequal to the last clip end. - Audit.
audit PROJECTrejects remote render-critical resources, path and symlink escapes, missing files, case mismatches, cycles, undeclared fonts and invalid timing. Fix every error. - Verify.
run lint PROJECT, thenrun check PROJECT, thenrun snapshot PROJECT. Read the coverage table below, then open every.html-video/snapshots/contact-sheet*.jpgpage and judge the frames yourself: layout, legibility, and motion at the sampled boundaries. - Render.
run render PROJECTuses the FPS fromconfig.toml, renders with strict, non-best-effort, software-browser capture and one worker, removes any previous output first, and checks the MP4 against the composition. Override FPS only by passing the same--fps Nto all four run commands. - Deliver.
deliver PROJECT --out DIRrequires passing reports for the same source, verified toolchain, config and effective FPS, verifies every recorded artifact, re-audits copiedsource/with provenance required, and writesRENDER.jsonplusreports/. Pass--fps Nhere too after an FPS override. Any failed rerun invalidates its prior report.

What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

html-video is a skill published in the GitHub repository Mathews-Tom/armory (332 stars, last pushed today), licensed MIT. It adds 116 tokens to every session and 2,297 once invoked, about $0.0005 per session on Opus 5.5. A static security scan graded it A with 0 findings. No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-10-12.

webgl-liquid-metal
A real-time liquid-metal shader — a domain-warped noise field shaded as molten chrome, with a sweeping specular highlight over an iridescent thin-film (cosine-palette) sheen. No textures. Rendered as a single self-contained index.html. Use when the brief asks for "liquid metal", "molten chrome", "iridescent"…
webgl-neon-grid
A real-time synthwave scene — a perspective floor grid scrolling toward a banded retro sun under a neon starfield, all from one fragment shader. No textures. Rendered as a single self-contained index.html. Use when the brief asks for "synthwave", "outrun", "retro 80s", "neon grid", "perspective grid", "vaporwave", or…
webgl-particle-galaxy
A real-time particle galaxy — tens of thousands of additive-blended GPU points spiraling around a bright core, their orbits solved entirely in the vertex shader (from glVertexID), so the whole cloud draws in one call. Rendered as a single self-contained index.html. Use when the brief asks for a "particle field"…
webgl-horizontal-parallax
A horizontal-scroll WebGL gallery (Three.js): frames glide sideways with lerp smoothing and each image parallaxes its texture (UV shift) by its position in the viewport.
frontend-design
Guidance for distinctive, intentional visual design when building new UI or reshaping an existing one. Helps with aesthetic direction, typography, and making choices that don't read as templated defaults.
fixing-motion-performance
Audit and fix animation performance issues including layout thrashing, compositor properties, scroll-linked motion, and blur effects. Use when animations stutter, transitions jank, or reviewing CSS/JS animation performance.
