okama-mcp: Skill for Claude Code

.agents/skills/create-client/SKILL.md

create-client is a skill for Claude Code, Codex from mbk-dev/okama-mcp. It costs 24 tokens per session (333 once invoked), scanned A, original, MIT.

A privacy-focused client-registration workflow that keeps personal details in a local human intake tool and uses only an anonymous client code in the AI session.

In plain words
What is it for?
Use it to direct people to Planner's local intake process and later verify an existing pseudonymous client record.
Why use it?
It prevents the AI from collecting, exposing, or resolving a person's identity during registration.

Written for no agent in particular: nothing here depends on one. Also seen: installed under .agents/ (shared by several agents).

This is mbk-dev/okama-mcp's own configuration. It tells Claude Code and Codex how to work on okama-mcp itself, so it is not a mod to install elsewhere. Copy it as a starting point and replace the rules that are about this project. Everything okama-mcp configures →

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00024 $0.00333
Opus 5.5 $0.00010 $0.00133
Sonnet 5.5 $0.00005 $0.00067
Haiku 4.5 $0.00002 $0.00033

Measured 26d ago against content hash a315fa2220a7, method: parsed. Prices are Anthropic first-party input rates as of 2026-10-07, from the pricing page.

Security

Grade A, and why

create-client scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 26d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

What it actually says

Local human client intake

Client registration is a human-only operation outside the AI conversation. Do not collect, request, read or repeat names, contacts, identifying notes or source files. Do not construct registration payloads. The former client_create MCP tool is removed and must not be called. The packaged skill installer is retired.

Tell the user to enter personal details in Planner's local human intake CLI, outside this AI session. That CLI requires the updated privacy-capable Planner source; older published companions do not provide the new privacy boundary. Refer to the installation's Planner intake guide for the exact command and configured database. Do not run intake on the user's behalf or inspect its input file or private output.

Ask only for the resulting anonymous registry code, such as c-0001. Once the user provides an existing code, client_get can verify its safe pseudonymous record. If local code tools are unavailable, explain that the server needs an explicit local database and the okama_planner.ai facade. Do not fall back to raw registry APIs, database inspection or identity resolution.

MCP updates accept only sex, birth year and investment declaration date. Other identity edits stay in the human intake interface. Residency calls accept only year and country; free-text notes stay local. Financial plans can be saved, loaded and forecast through the client code and version tools. Tool errors remain generic; do not ask for private database contents to diagnose them.

Changes

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

create-client is a skill published in the GitHub repository mbk-dev/okama-mcp (5 stars, last pushed 9d ago), licensed MIT. It adds 24 tokens to every session and 333 once invoked, about $0.0001 per session on Opus 5.5. A static security scan graded it A with 0 findings. No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-10-10.
