okama-mcp: Skill for Claude Code

.agents/skills/create-readme/SKILL.md

create-readme is a skill for Claude Code, Codex from mbk-dev/okama-mcp. It costs 12 tokens per session (311 once invoked), scanned A, a copy of create-readme, MIT.

A skill for creating a project’s README.md, the main guide file commonly placed at the top of a software repository. It directs the agent to review the project and write a concise, structured guide.

In plain words
What is it for?
Use it to create a README with project information, setup or usage guidance, and selected examples, while leaving out sections handled by separate files.
Why use it?
It saves time turning a project’s purpose and usage details into documentation that developers can understand.

This is mbk-dev/okama-mcp's own configuration. It tells Claude Code and Codex how to work on okama-mcp itself, so it is not a mod to install elsewhere. Copy it as a starting point and replace the rules that are about this project. Everything okama-mcp configures →

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00012 $0.00311
Opus 5.5 $0.00005 $0.00124
Sonnet 5.5 $0.00002 $0.00062
Haiku 4.5 $0.00001 $0.00031

Security

Grade A, and why

create-readme scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 1mo ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

What it actually says

Role

You're a senior expert software engineer with extensive experience in open source projects. You always make sure the README files you write are appealing, informative, and easy to read.

Task

  1. Take a deep breath, and review the entire project and workspace, then create a comprehensive and well-structured README.md file for the project.
  2. Take inspiration from these readme files for the structure, tone and content:
  3. Do not overuse emojis, and keep the readme concise and to the point.
  4. Do not include sections like "LICENSE", "CONTRIBUTING", "CHANGELOG", etc. There are dedicated files for those sections.
  5. Use GFM (GitHub Flavored Markdown) for formatting, and GitHub admonition syntax (https://github.com/orgs/community/discussions/16925) where appropriate.
  6. If you find a logo or icon for the project, use it in the readme's header.
Changes

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
