Getting it into your agent
One page per mod, every tool's command on it. A separate URL per tool would split the same page into five that compete with each other.

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.00081 | $0.01562 |
| Opus 5.5 | $0.00032 | $0.00625 |
| Sonnet 5.5 | $0.00016 | $0.00312 |
| Haiku 4.5 | $0.00008 | $0.00156 |
Grade A, and why
rd-report scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured today.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Nothing flagged
None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.
How it starts
The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 84 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.
rd-report — the number, and the decision it supports
DOCTOR passed, so you are now allowed to quote a number. Your output is FINDINGS.md, written to the same signature the published case studies use — agent/studies/marginal_scientist/FINDINGS.md is the exemplar, and it is worth reading before you write a line.
The audience is someone who has to act and was not in the room. They need the answer, the rule that uses it, and a reason to trust it. In that order.
Get the numbers
Two arms — the usual case, a lever:
julia --project=. agent/scripts/rdx.jl effect <baseline> <arm> --host=<host.jl> \
--metric=enpv --scale=0.001 --annual=0.08 --seeds=48 --root-seed=2026
One arm — a level, a bottleneck, a distribution:
julia --project=. agent/scripts/rdx.jl ensemble <model> --host=<host.jl> \
--metric=final:launch --seeds=48 --root-seed=2026
Member k of each arm is seeded from hash((root_seed, k)), so both arms are compared on the same seed stream — the paired comparison is what makes a modest effect detectable at all. Record the root seed in the report; it is what turns a number into a replayable number.
Is the effect real? effect reports significant_2se. If it is false, the honest headline is "we cannot distinguish this from noise at N members" — either raise --seeds and rerun, or report that. Never report a point estimate whose sign the data does not support. Sample-size honesty is cheap here: members are independent, so if 48 doesn't separate it, try 200 before concluding.
The signature
1. Headline — the number, in the title
## **+$19.0M ± $2.5M** — hire them
The number and the verdict, in units the reader thinks in, above everything else. Then one paragraph: the two levels being compared, the horizon, and how many standard errors from zero. If the reader stops here, they should already be able to act.
2. The decision rule
Not "the fifth scientist is worth $19M" but "hire iff the fully loaded cost over 48 months is below $19M." Turn the number into the comparison the user actually makes — that sentence is the deliverable and everything else is support. Where it is natural, extend it: a shadow price that falls as the constraint relaxes traces a diminishing-returns curve, so say where hiring should stop, not just that the next hire clears.
What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

rd-report is a skill published in the GitHub repository Merck/ReactiveDynamics.jl (17 stars, last pushed 25d ago), licensed MIT. It adds 81 tokens to every session and 1,562 once invoked, about $0.0003 per session on Opus 5.5. A static security scan graded it A with 0 findings. No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-11-07.
