A sales-writing aid for handling common reasons people hesitate to buy, such as price, timing, trust, need, authority, or competition.

In plain words
What is it for?
It helps create objection-response scripts, frequently asked questions, and trust-building content for calls, chats, emails, or self-service sales.
Why use it?

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00004 $0.00647
Opus 5 $0.00002 $0.00324
Sonnet 5 $0.00001 $0.00129
Haiku 4.5 $0.00000 $0.00065

Security

Grade A, and why

objection-handling scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 12d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

Objection Handling

Sales objection scripts, FAQ generation, and trust-building content for common buying hesitations.

Purpose

Every product faces the same core objections: price, timing, trust, need, and authority. This skill maps your specific objections and creates scripts to address each one honestly.

Workflow

Step 1: Gather Context

  • Product/service and price point
  • Sales channel (calls, chat, email, self-serve)
  • Most common objections heard (if known)
  • Ideal customer profile

Step 2: Map the Objection Categories

  1. Price: "It's too expensive" / "I can't afford it"
  2. Timing: "Not right now" / "Maybe later"
  3. Trust: "How do I know this works?" / "I've been burned before"
  4. Need: "I don't think I need this" / "We're fine without it"
  5. Authority: "I need to check with my partner/boss"
  6. Competition: "How are you different from X?"

Step 3: Create Response Scripts

For each objection:

  • Acknowledge — Validate the concern (never dismiss it)
  • Clarify — Ask a question to understand the real objection
  • Reframe — Shift the perspective
  • Proof — Provide evidence (testimonial, case study, guarantee)
  • Close — Re-present the offer with the objection addressed

Step 4: FAQ Page Content

Turn top objections into FAQ entries for the website/sales page. Proactively address concerns before they arise.

Step 5: Trust-Building Content

Suggest content pieces that preemptively handle objections:

  • Case studies for trust
  • Comparison pages for competition
  • ROI calculators for price
  • Free trials/samples for need

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
