Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00002 $0.00639
Opus 5 $0.00001 $0.00319
Sonnet 5 $0.00000 $0.00128
Haiku 4.5 $0.00000 $0.00064

Security

Grade A, and why

seo-content scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 12d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

How it starts

The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 95 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.

SEO Content

SEO-optimized blog posts, keyword strategy, meta descriptions, and content calendars that drive organic traffic.

Purpose

Create content that ranks in search and converts readers. This skill combines keyword targeting with compelling writing — not keyword stuffing.

Workflow

Step 1: Gather Context

  • Target keyword or topic
  • Business/product context (what you sell, who you serve)
  • Content goal (traffic, leads, authority, sales)
  • Existing content (are you competing with yourself?)

Step 2: Keyword Analysis

  • Primary keyword + search intent (informational, commercial, transactional)
  • 5-8 secondary/related keywords
  • Suggested heading structure using keyword clusters
  • Estimated difficulty and volume (qualitative: low/medium/high)

Step 3: Content Outline

  • Title (include primary keyword, under 60 characters)
  • Meta description (150-160 characters, includes keyword, has a CTA)
  • H2/H3 structure covering the topic comprehensively
  • Word count recommendation based on competing content
  • Internal linking opportunities

Step 4: Write the Post

  • Hook opening (no "In today's world..." openers)
  • Subheadings every 200-300 words
  • Short paragraphs (2-4 sentences)
  • Natural keyword usage — never forced
  • Actionable takeaways the reader can use immediately
  • Strong conclusion with CTA

Step 5: SEO Checklist

  • Primary keyword in title, H1, first 100 words, meta description
  • Secondary keywords in H2s and body naturally
  • Meta description under 160 characters with CTA
  • Internal links to 2-3 related posts
  • External links to 1-2 authoritative sources
  • Alt text for images (if applicable)
  • URL slug is short and keyword-rich

Output Format

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
