Getting it into your agent
One page per mod, every tool's command on it. A separate URL per tool would split the same page into five that compete with each other.

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.00081 | $0.00812 |
| Opus 5 | $0.00041 | $0.00406 |
| Sonnet 5 | $0.00016 | $0.00162 |
| Haiku 4.5 | $0.00008 | $0.00081 |
Grade A, and why
a11y scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 8d ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Nothing flagged
None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.
How it starts
The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 86 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.
/a11y
An accessibility audit that reports gaps against WCAG 2.2 AA. /a11y
reports; it does not auto-fix — fixes touch design and semantics and belong
in a follow-up with the implementer. Pairs with the accessibility-auditor
agent for deeper work.
When to use
After building any UI component; when the user says "check accessibility",
"a11y audit", "WCAG check"; on /a11y; before a release that ships UI.
Commands
/a11y— audit the current page/component in context./a11y <route|component>— audit a specific surface./a11y update— re-audit after fixes, mark what's now resolved.
Step 1 — Detect the surface
- Read the component(s) / route(s) in scope. If unclear, ask once which surface.
- Detect the audit tools available (axe, lighthouse, keyboard) and use them; do not require a tool that isn't installed.
Step 2 — Audit against these checks
- Keyboard — every action reachable and operable via keyboard; visible focus; logical tab order; no keyboard traps.
- ARIA — roles only where semantics are missing;
aria-label/aria-labelledbyon icon-only / ambiguous controls; live regions for dynamic updates. - Labels & names — every input has a visible label; every interactive element has an accessible name.
- Contrast — text ≥ 4.5:1 (normal), ≥ 3:1 (large); UI components / graphical objects ≥ 3:1.
- Landmarks —
header, nav, main, footer, searchpresent and unique; onemain. - Forms — error messages associated with fields; no
placeholder-as- label; required fields indicated programmatically. - Motion & media —
prefers-reduced-motionrespected; captions / transcripts for media.
Step 3 — Report
For each gap: WCAG criterion, the failing element, and a one-line fix suggestion. Group by severity (blocking vs non-blocking).
Output
## a11y audit — <surface>
### Blocking (WCAG 2.2 AA)
- <criterion> — <element> — fix: <one line>
### Non-blocking
- <criterion> — <element> — fix: <one line>
### Passed
- Keyboard nav, landmarks, contrast (normal text)
What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

a11y is a skill published in the GitHub repository mhmdreza-rafiei/agent-tools (5 stars, last pushed 24d ago), licensed MIT. It adds 81 tokens to every session and 812 once invoked, about $0.0004 per session on Opus 5. A static security scan graded it A with 0 findings. No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-09-03.
