sk-create-agent

sk-create-agent is a skill for Claude Code, OpenCode from MichelKerkmeester/skilled-agent-harness_spec-driven-loops. It costs 26 tokens per session (4,190 once invoked), scanned A, original, MIT.

A workflow for creating or updating an agent file, which defines an agent’s role, permissions, limits, and working process.

In plain words
What is it for?
Use it to create OpenCode or Claude Code agents, set their permissions and authority boundaries, and validate the finished agent file.
Why use it?
It helps keep agent definitions in the correct runtime location and makes their allowed actions and checks explicit.

Written for Claude Code and OpenCode: allowed-tools in frontmatter, but also installed under .opencode/. Also seen: reads .claude/ paths; mentions subagents; mentions Claude Code.

Needs its repository: it runs a file that does not travel with it, so clone the repository first. The line is python3 .opencode/skills/sk-doc/shared/scripts/validate_document.py .opencode/agents/agent-name.md --type agent.

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00026 $0.04190
Opus 5 $0.00013 $0.02095
Sonnet 5 $0.00005 $0.00838
Haiku 4.5 $0.00003 $0.00419

Security

Grade A, and why

sk-create-agent scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 6d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

Create Agent - Runtime Persona Authoring

create-agent is the sk-doc workflow packet for creating or updating one runtime agent markdown file. The executable contract lives here: decide whether an agent is the right component, place it in the active runtime directory, author current frontmatter and authority boundaries, then validate before delivery.

Use references/README.md (the overflow route map) and assets/agent-template.md only for deeper examples, exhaustive variants, and long-form reference detail. Do not make those files the primary workflow contract.

1. WHEN TO USE

Activation Triggers

Use this workflow when the request involves:

  1. Creating a new OpenCode or Claude Code agent file.
  2. Updating an agent's frontmatter, permissions, authority boundary, workflow, verification contract, or anti-patterns.
  3. Converting a durable role description into a runtime persona with explicit authority and tool policy.
  4. Deciding whether the requested component should be an agent, skill, or command.
  5. Running or supporting /create:agent.

Keyword triggers: create agent, /create:agent, OpenCode agent, Claude Code agent, agent file, new agent, agent persona, agent frontmatter, permission object, authority boundary, agent template, runtime agent directory, agent and paired.

Create an agent only when the system needs a stable named persona with explicit tool permissions, denied capabilities, behavioral constraints, orchestration authority, or reusable execution posture.

When NOT to Use

Use another sk-doc packet when:

  1. The request needs reusable knowledge, standards, templates, or long-form workflow guidance. Use create-skill.
  2. The request needs a slash-command entry point without a new runtime persona. Use create-command.
  3. The request needs a README, install guide, feature catalog, manual testing playbook, benchmark package, flowchart, or changelog. Use create-readme, create-feature-catalog, create-manual-testing-playbook, create-benchmark, create-flowchart, or create-changelog.
  4. The request audits, validates, scores, or optimizes an existing agent document. Use create-quality-control.

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
