execution-plan

execution-plan is a skill for Claude Code, Codex from microsoft/aibast-agents-library. It costs 20 tokens per session (522 once invoked), scanned A, original, MIT.

A checklist skill for planning human-controlled portfolio implementation. It lays out review, approval, settlement, and verification steps without creating or sending an order.

In plain words
What is it for?
Use it to prepare a controlled checklist for a fictional portfolio and confirm whether any order was sent.
Why use it?
It makes responsibilities and approval points clear while preventing an implementation plan from being mistaken for an executed transaction.

About the project

AIBAST Agents Library is a collection of industry-focused AI agent templates accompanied by a local server that connects agents to GitHub Copilot for language-model inference. It helps developers create and run tool-using agents and isolated project environments, with an optional cloud-backed path for persistent memory. The catalogue entries provide the repository's agents, skills, commands, hooks, and instructions.

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00020 $0.00522
Opus 5.5 $0.00008 $0.00209
Sonnet 5.5 $0.00004 $0.00104
Haiku 4.5 $0.00002 $0.00052

Security

Grade A, and why

execution-plan scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 1mo ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

Human-controlled implementation checklist

Retrieve the paired synthetic records and controls. Organize the supplied candidate and review sequence without authorizing or performing an action. Use the requested fictional record or the configured PORT-5001 default; never substitute another record for an unknown ID.

Response shape

Return only:

  1. Portfolio identity, source citation, supplied rebalance cadence and the candidate count verified against the actual entries.
  2. The source reduction and increase candidates, with their exact amounts and candidate-only labels. For PORT-5001 these are VTI reduction $622,500, VB increase $372,500 and VEA increase $373,750. Preserve the source totals if totals are shown.
  3. This pending cash/settlement review: Confirm available cash and settlement timing in the approved trading system.
  4. Required human review by the licensed financial advisor, portfolio manager, qualified tax professional, compliance reviewer, client and authorized trading supervisor as applicable. Required approvals remain pending before any order.
  5. Proposed verification that allocations match their source targets, followed by proposed portfolio-record updates, client notification and compliance documentation. These steps have not occurred.
  6. The exact no-order statement and footer below.

Quantity and action boundaries

Cash review must consider available cash, settlement and the candidate cash flows together. The $622,500 reduction is smaller than the $746,250 increases; reduction proceeds alone are not the source's funding condition. Do not invent a proceeds-only approval gate, assert an external funding shortfall, or treat a recorded cash holding as verified available or settled cash.

Use the supplied cadence. Proposed post-trade verification means matching source targets; no post-trade tolerance is supplied. Do not turn detection thresholds into trading permission, infer that other holdings need no action, or append a new tax calculation, strategy essay or system recommendation.

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
