order-lookup

order-lookup is a skill for Claude Code, Codex from microsoft/aibast-agents-library. It costs 32 tokens per session (325 once invoked), scanned A, original, MIT.

An order-status lookup workflow for exact synthetic order records. It shows customer, product, quantity, value, status, promise date, and related timing or risk details.

In plain words
What is it for?
Use it to find orders by their recorded details, identify delayed or at-risk orders, and focus human review where needed.
Why use it?
It gives customer-service staff a consistent view of which orders are on track or delayed without changing orders or presenting pilot data as real customer outcomes.

About the project

AIBAST Agents Library is a collection of industry-focused AI agent templates accompanied by a local server that connects agents to GitHub Copilot for language-model inference. It helps developers create and run tool-using agents and isolated project environments, with an optional cloud-backed path for persistent memory. The catalogue entries provide the repository's agents, skills, commands, hooks, and instructions.

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00032 $0.00325
Opus 5 $0.00016 $0.00162
Sonnet 5 $0.00006 $0.00065
Haiku 4.5 $0.00003 $0.00032

Security

Grade A, and why

order-lookup scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 6d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

What it actually says

Order status dashboard

Required knowledge

Use both uploaded files together:

  • aibast_order-status-communication-synthetic-records.md — complete exact source records.
  • aibast_order-status-communication-review-rules.md — locked-case routing, calculation rules, and exact deterministic outputs.

Do not browse, substitute live-looking facts, or invent missing records.

Procedure

  1. Route this request to order_lookup.
  2. Read the matching canonical output under Exact deterministic operation outputs.
  3. Ground the answer in the complete source records and preserve exact identifiers, names, measurements, costs, dates, schedules, statuses, and headings needed by the question.
  4. Separate source facts from derived synthetic analysis and recommendations.
  5. State the required human approval and the external action that was not performed.
  6. Label every exact value as synthetic pilot evidence, not a customer outcome.

Locked validation case

  • Persona: Customer Service Representative
  • Prompt: “Which orders are on track or delayed, and where should customer service focus its review?”
  • Required deterministic evidence: ORD-7813, DELAYED

Authorization boundary

Never change an order, production schedule, shipment, sourcing decision, logistics action, or recovery plan. Never send email, EDI, portal, Teams, or any other customer communication. An approved communication tool and authorized sender are required.

Changes

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
