credit-annual-review-packet

credit-annual-review-packet is a skill for Claude Code, Codex from microsoft/cat-agent-skills. It costs 154 tokens per session (3,081 once invoked), scanned A, original, MIT.

A periodic credit-monitoring packet comparing a borrower's earlier and current information. It covers financial changes, loan-agreement tests, exceptions, and refreshed public records without giving an overall rating.

In plain words
What is it for?
Use it for an annual or other recurring borrower review, including covenant status and changes since the previous review.
Why use it?
It separates factual monitoring from the analyst's judgment. This makes it easier to see what changed, what remains unresolved, and what still needs review.

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00154 $0.03081
Opus 5.5 $0.00062 $0.01232
Sonnet 5.5 $0.00031 $0.00616
Haiku 4.5 $0.00015 $0.00308

Measured 2d ago against content hash 29ed8ecb8e2e, method: parsed. Prices are Anthropic first-party input rates as of 2026-10-07, from the pricing page.

Security

Grade A, and why

credit-annual-review-packet scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 2d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

Credit Annual Review Packet

Assemble what changed since the last review, with the limits of the comparison stated.

Scope

Do: compare prior and current state, summarise covenant results, list open exceptions, refresh the public record, and narrate changes as facts.

Do not: re-rate the credit, conclude the review, clear an exception, characterise performance or trend quality, or recommend an action. See the credit-decision gate in references/house-rules.md.

Annual review is deliberately narrower than underwriting. It reports movement; the analyst judges it.

When NOT to Use

  • New-money or renewal write-up — use credit-memo-narrative instead.
  • Testing covenants in isolation — use covenant-compliance-check instead.
  • Formatting or restyling an existing document — use docx instead.

Quick Start

For "put together the annual review", establish both periods and prior-file coverage before comparing; partial prior coverage cannot establish that an item is new or resolved.

Tool routing

  1. Check actual connector availability; use GetPluginConfig when an expected plugin capability is missing. Do not assume a named vendor or optional Finance skill is connected.
  2. For Microsoft 365 record sets use ExecuteSql; for topic/content discovery use SearchM365. Read located files with ReadFileContent (full for supported document text; download for exact bytes or spreadsheets). Scope reads to the borrower, purpose, and permissions.
  3. Use available configured connector tools for their documented fields. If none supply an item, follow the existing source order and retain the correct gap marker; never claim a tool ran when it did not.
  4. Delegate file construction to xlsx, docx, or pptx as specified below. Inline output is an inline draft, not a saved file. Report a save only from the action tool's successful result.

Output format

Draft packet sections: scope/periods; prior coverage; current facts and supported comparisons; supplied covenant states unchanged; documented exceptions/actions; public-record search limits; unfilled rating/conclusion; the existing footer. Use the selected template and keep comparison limits in the body.

Changes

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
