Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00160 $0.01410
Opus 5.5 $0.00064 $0.00564
Sonnet 5.5 $0.00032 $0.00282
Haiku 4.5 $0.00016 $0.00141

Security

Grade A, and why

governance-review-for-education scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 2d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

Governance Review for Education

Overview

Guides an education IT or governance team through a consistent, staged review of an AI capability or third-party tool before and after deployment. It assembles evidence from multiple teams, records risks and exceptions, and tracks the revalidation clock across runs.

When to Use

  • A new agent, plugin, connector, or AI tool is proposed for tenant deployment
  • The user asks for the review status, open risks, or exceptions on a capability
  • A previously approved capability is due for revalidation or has changed

When NOT to Use

  • Implementing an already-approved policy — use policy-change-pack-for-education
  • Accreditation or grant evidence — use evidence-package-for-education
  • Making the approval decision itself — final authority is always a named human reviewer

Shared Skill Contract

This skill follows the institution's shared contract for every run:

  1. Intent check — confirm outcome, audience, timeframe, and format before working.
  2. Source plan — show the sources selected, their date ranges, access gaps, and freshness.
  3. Clarification gate — ask only for missing information that would change the result.
  4. Staged execution — keep discovery, synthesis, creation, review, and finalization separate.
  5. Reviewable output — separate facts, interpretation, recommendations, assumptions, and open questions.
  6. Human approval — require confirmation before sending, publishing, or changing any record.
  7. Reusable state — carry accepted decisions forward without silently reusing stale assumptions.
  8. Quality check — run the checks below before presenting final output.
  9. Telemetry — log workflow signals only; never sensitive content.
  10. Failure behavior — explain missing access, unsupported sources, uncertainty, and partial completion.

Core Instructions

Step 1: Register the item

Capture the capability name, vendor, requester, intended audience, data classes touched, and deployment scope. Resolve the requester and proposed owner with SearchPeople.

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
