In plain words
What is it for?
Use it to prepare a borrower call, list outstanding commitments, refresh relevant public news, write up supplied notes, draft follow-up, and assign tasks to named owners.
Why use it?
It turns scattered relationship records and call notes into an organized record while preventing accidental promises about terms, pricing, or approval.

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00168 $0.03792
Opus 5.5 $0.00067 $0.01517
Sonnet 5.5 $0.00034 $0.00758
Haiku 4.5 $0.00017 $0.00379

Measured 2d ago against content hash 756a16f63e25, method: parsed. Prices are Anthropic first-party input rates as of 2026-10-07, from the pricing page.

Security

Grade A, and why

rm-call-prep-followup scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 2d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

RM Call Prep & Follow-up

Assemble what the relationship record and the public record actually say. Draft; never send.

Scope

Business-workflow boundary: a named commercial borrower/prospect relationship call, with dated contact evidence, open commitments, and banking-specific no-terms/no-credit-decision restrictions. Follow-up is bounded by supplied notes for that call. Internal operating/forecast reviews and standalone stakeholder Q&A are excluded, even when the subject is a borrower.

Do: compile relationship history and open items, refresh public news, draft a call memo from supplied notes, draft a follow-up email, and list tasks with owners as stated.

Do not: send anything, commit to terms, quote or propose pricing, signal credit appetite or likelihood of approval, or record a decision that was not in the notes. See the credit-decision gate in references/house-rules.md.

When NOT to Use

  • Internal operating/forecast reviews or standalone anticipated stakeholder Q&A — Finance forecast-review-prep or stakeholder-qa-prep if available. Follow references/house-rules.md; do not substitute a generic meeting pack when relationship evidence is missing.

  • Public-record research on a company where no relationship history exists — use borrower-prospect-research instead.

  • Summarizing a meeting transcript or recording — use meeting-intel instead.

  • Sending, formatting, or searching email — use outlook-email instead.

  • Standalone covenant tests — use covenant-compliance-check instead.

  • Annual credit-monitoring packets — use credit-annual-review-packet instead.

  • Transaction credit-memo narrative — use credit-memo-narrative instead.

  • Historical financial spreads — use financial-statement-spread instead.

Quick Start

For "write up this borrower call", use only the supplied notes; a discussion is not a decision, unstated owners/dates are TBC, and nothing is sent.

Tool routing

  1. Check actual connector availability; use GetPluginConfig when an expected plugin capability is missing. Do not assume a named vendor or optional Finance skill is connected.
  2. For Microsoft 365 record sets use ExecuteSql; for topic/content discovery use SearchM365. Read located files with ReadFileContent (full for supported document text; download for exact bytes or spreadsheets). Scope reads to the borrower, purpose, and permissions.
  3. Use available configured connector tools for their documented fields. If none supply an item, follow the existing source order and retain the correct gap marker; never claim a tool ran when it did not.
  4. Delegate file construction to xlsx, docx, or pptx as specified below. Inline output is an inline draft, not a saved file. Report a save only from the action tool's successful result.

Changes

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
