About the project

HVE Core is a collection of agents, prompts, coding instructions, and skills for building repeatable software-development workflows with GitHub Copilot. It is intended for individuals and teams that want structured AI-assisted research, planning, implementation, and review, while the catalogue entries provide many of its reusable workflow components.

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00051 $0.03070
Opus 5.5 $0.00020 $0.01228
Sonnet 5.5 $0.00010 $0.00614
Haiku 4.5 $0.00005 $0.00307

Security

Grade A, and why

hve-slides scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured yesterday.

The scan reads SKILL.md. This mod also ships 12 executable files (scripts/build-decks.mjs, scripts/create-deck.mjs, scripts/render-deck.mjs, …), listed below but not scanned — reading those needs a real analyzer, not pattern matching.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

HVE Slides

Goal

Deliver a source-backed HTML presentation that a person can present, navigate and share. Create new decks under slides/<deck-slug>/ or make scoped updates to an existing deck. For a review-only request, return findings without changing deck source.

For already-authored sources, render one standalone HTML file without researching or rewriting content. Authoring and rendering share this skill's canonical template and bundler in repository, plugin and VSIX installations. Resolve hve-slides by name and use the loaded skill root for its scripts, references and templates; caller outputs never belong inside the installed skill.

Success Criteria

  • For authoring, the requested story is covered with dated sources, accurate terminology and explicit limits.
  • For render-only requests, supplied content and order are preserved without research or narrative edits; source/output stay in caller-owned locations.
  • The deck uses discrete slides, readable examples and predictable presenter controls.
  • The presenter bar, slide footers and walkthrough controls follow the shared bottom chrome unless the user approves a different design.
  • Slides and walkthroughs support keyboard use, meaningful reading order, readable reflow, sufficient contrast and reduced motion, with evidence from the delivered HTML.
  • Scripted conversations, reconstructed UI and actual execution are distinguishable.
  • Source edits, generated output, local checks and browser evidence describe the same revision.
  • Generated bundles pass the bundler's security checks and carry its provenance block; the checks are never bypassed and generated HTML is never hand-edited.
  • The handoff names the viewable file and exact build or sharing command; unfinished checks remain visible.

Inputs and Scope

Infer the deck from an explicit path or the currently discussed presentation when unambiguous. For a new deck, resolve its topic, audience, purpose, approximate duration, source date and delivery needs. Reuse supplied answers; ask one focused question only when a missing decision would materially change the story, write boundary or delivery.

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
