What is it for?
Publishing and managing articles, article series, comments, reactions, newsletters, and analytics on Misar.Blog.

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00048 $0.00577
Opus 5 $0.00024 $0.00289
Sonnet 5 $0.00010 $0.00115
Haiku 4.5 $0.00005 $0.00058

Measured 10d ago against content hash d7b4d5ec92d8, method: parsed. Prices are Anthropic first-party input rates as of 2026-09-11, from the pricing page.

Security

Grade A, and why

misarblog scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 10d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

How it starts

The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 62 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.

Misar.Blog

Work with a Misar.Blog account over the REST API.

This skill needs an API key

There is no MCP connection here, so every call is a direct HTTPS request and the user must supply a key.

If the user has not given you one, ask for it and tell them exactly how to get it:

Create a key at https://www.misar.blog/dashboard/settings/api-keys (Dashboard → Settings → API keys). It starts with mbk_. Paste it here and I will use it for this conversation only.

Never guess a key, never reuse one from another conversation, and never write it into a file or repeat it back in full.

Making a call

POST https://www.misar.blog/api/<endpoint>
Authorization: Bearer mbk_<their key>
Content-Type: application/json

A 401 means the key is wrong or revoked — say so plainly and point them back to https://www.misar.blog/dashboard/settings/api-keys rather than retrying.

What you can do

  • get_profile — Get your Misar.
  • get_analytics_summary — Get analytics summary (views, revenue, subscribers) for a time period.
  • list_my_articles — List your articles on Misar.
  • get_article — Get a single article by slug, including full markdown content.
  • search_articles — Search PUBLISHED articles across Misar.
  • get_series — List all your series on Misar.
  • list_comments — Get public comments for an article.
  • get_follow_status — Get public follow status and follower count for a user by their profile UUID.

Rules

  1. Read before you write. Never act on an id, URL or metric you have not seen in a response.
  2. Confirm anything the outside world sees — anything that sends, publishes, or is visible to other people — before doing it.
  3. Report failures honestly. If a call fails, say what failed and why. Never present an unverified result as done.

Prefer the MCP server when available

If the user works in Claude Desktop, Claude Code, Cursor, VS Code or any MCP client, the @misarblog/mcp server is a better fit: it authenticates once and exposes 23 typed tools instead of hand-built requests. Setup: https://docs.misar.io/blog

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
