email-performance-report

email-performance-report is a skill for Claude Code from Misar-AI/misarmail-mcp. It costs 41 tokens per session (351 once invoked), scanned A, original, MIT.

A procedure for analysing email results, including delivery, opens, clicks, complaints, and revenue. It turns campaign data into a short performance report with comparisons and suggested action.

In plain words
What is it for?
Use it for weekly or monthly reports, campaign comparisons, engagement analysis, delivery checks, and email revenue tracking.
Why use it?
It helps explain whether email problems come from the list, delivery reputation, message content, or the offer instead of showing raw numbers alone.

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00041 $0.00351
Opus 5 $0.00020 $0.00176
Sonnet 5 $0.00008 $0.00070
Haiku 4.5 $0.00004 $0.00035

Measured 9d ago against content hash 14e4467f8f85, method: parsed. Prices are Anthropic first-party input rates as of 2026-09-09, from the pricing page.

Security

Grade A, and why

email-performance-report scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 9d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

What it actually says

Email performance report

Gather

  • get_analytics — sends, delivers, opens, clicks, bounces, complaints
  • list_campaigns with status=sent — per-campaign comparison
  • get_deliverability_score — reputation context for the numbers
  • get_revenue_attribution — revenue attributed to email
  • get_monetization_stats — newsletter subscription revenue
  • generate_reportcampaign_performance, engagement_funnel, cohort_analysis, or send_time_heatmap

Interpret, do not just report

Every metric needs a reference point:

Metric Healthy Read as
Open rate 20–25% Subject line + sender reputation
Click rate 2–5% Content relevance and offer
Bounce rate under 2% List quality; above 5% is urgent
Complaint rate under 0.1% Consent and expectation-setting

Apple Mail Privacy Protection inflates open rates by auto-fetching images. Treat open rate as directional and lean on clicks for anything that matters.

Structure

Headline metrics; best and worst campaign each with a one-line reason; deliverability status; revenue; then the single highest-impact action for the next period.

Keep it under 400 words. If a figure was unavailable, say so — never estimate a number and present it as measured.

Changes

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
