run-an-outreach-sequence

run-an-outreach-sequence is a skill for Claude Code from Misar-AI/misarreach-mcp. It costs 39 tokens per session (241 once invoked), scanned A, original, MIT.

A guide for creating and sending a multi-channel outreach sequence, meaning several messages sent through connected channels over time. It is designed for MisarReach campaigns.

In plain words
What is it for?
Use it to plan campaigns, verify lead lists, preview every message, and send an approved sequence to leads.
Why use it?
It prevents accidental sends by checking the audience, connected channels, message previews, and user approval first.

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00039 $0.00241
Opus 5 $0.00019 $0.00120
Sonnet 5 $0.00008 $0.00048
Haiku 4.5 $0.00004 $0.00024

Security

Grade A, and why

run-an-outreach-sequence scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 11d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

What it actually says

Run an outreach sequence

send_to_campaign reaches real people and cannot be recalled. Everything before it is reversible; it is not.

Steps

  1. list_lead_lists / list_leads — confirm the audience and its real size.
  2. get_channels_status — only build steps on channels that are connected. A step on a disconnected channel silently never sends.
  3. Draft the sequence: how many touches, on which channels, how far apart.
  4. preview_message for every step, and show the user every preview.
  5. Wait for explicit approval.
  6. send_to_campaign.

Rules

  • Never call send_to_campaign to "test". Use preview_message.
  • If verification has not run on this list, stop and run it first.
  • If the audience is far larger than the user seems to expect, say so before sending rather than after.
Changes

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
