2026 한국 스타트업 환경은 승자독식입니다. 전체 투자 건수는 줄어드는데 100억+ 대형 라운드는 늘었고, 그 75%가 정부 6대 전략산업에 집중. 사업계획서는 단순 회사 소개가 아니라 AI 시대 차별성 + 글로벌 확장 + 명확한 단위 경제성 증명 문서입니다.
7개 압축 패턴
① 수익 모델은 6가지 안에 들어간다
물품 판매 / 가입비·이용료 (구독) / 라이센싱 / 중개수수료 / 대여료·임대료 / 광고. 기업 수익 모델이 이 여섯을 벗어나는 경우는 거의 없습니다. 하이브리드(예: 구독 + 중개수수료) 모델은 비중·우선순위 명시. 2026 추가: AI 사용량 기반 종량제(usage-based)는 SaaS+구독 변형.
처음부터 어디에 속하는지 명확히 정의하지 못하면 BM 캔버스도 의미 없음.
② Freemium·다운로드 = 매출 안 나오는 함정
"기본 무료 + 고급 유료"는 한국에서 유의미한 매출 거의 안 나옴 (체리피커 다수). 비용 구조가 사용자 증가에 정비례하는 비즈니스(스트리밍·AI 추론 등)는 더 위험 — 매출 < 비용으로 빠르게 자금 소진.
