airi: Skill for Codex

.agents/skills/use-agent-browser-for-airi/SKILL.md

use-agent-browser-for-airi is a skill for Codex from moeru-ai/airi. It costs 87 tokens per session (974 once invoked), scanned A, original, MIT.

A set of browser-testing instructions for importing display models into AIRI, an application with desktop and web interfaces. It covers Live2D, VRM, and MMD model files.

In plain words
What is it for?
Use it to test model imports in AIRI's desktop, web, and mobile layouts, including onboarding and format-specific validation.
Why use it?
AIRI creates some file inputs only when needed, so ordinary browser actions may not find them. These instructions explain how to select the right model format and check the import result.

Skill for Codex

Written for Codex: agents/openai.yaml present. Also seen: installed under .agents/ (shared by several agents); $skill-name invocation.

About the project

AIRI is a self-hosted virtual AI companion that gives an AI character a voice, visual presence, memory, and the ability to interact with games and coding activity. People use it as a personal digital companion on the web, macOS, or Windows, including for voice chat and gameplay. The catalogue add-ons provide workflows for working with the AIRI project.

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00087 $0.00974
Opus 5 $0.00044 $0.00487
Sonnet 5 $0.00017 $0.00195
Haiku 4.5 $0.00009 $0.00097

Security

Grade A, and why

use-agent-browser-for-airi scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 12d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

Use Agent Browser for AIRI

Invoke $agent-browser and $use-agent-browser-with-input-file. The input-file skill owns file-input discovery, temporary instrumentation, upload commands, and generic post-upload verification. Run agent-browser skills get core --full before browser commands. For Electron, also invoke $agent-browser-electron and run agent-browser skills get electron --full.

Select the runtime guide:

Model import contract

Use an absolute input path. AIRI currently creates each format input with VueUse useFileDialog and keeps it detached from the DOM, so all three formats use the detached-input method. Apply that method before clicking the format menu item, then use the matching selector and format-specific postcondition:

Format Menu item Input selector Format-specific result
Live2D Live2D input[data-agent-browser-upload][accept=".zip"] Inspect the validation report and click Confirm only when import is permitted.
VRM VRM input[data-agent-browser-upload][accept=".vrm"] Wait for the imported card; no Live2D validation confirmation is expected.
MMD MMD input[data-agent-browser-upload][accept=".zip,.pmx,.pmd"] Verify archive/model storage separately from textures, physics, dynamic imports, and rendering.

Resolve local Live2D and VRM fixtures from the paths documented by $use-vishot-for-airi. For MMD, use a licensed archive containing the model and its texture directories. Do not encode a contributor's private fixture name in tests or source comments.

Prepare AIRI state

Use a fresh browser session or a dedicated Electron user-data directory. Mark onboarding complete before opening the model settings route:

Changes

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
