What is business-logic?

A test for flaws in an application's business rules, such as changing prices, skipping required steps, or gaining extra permissions.

Checking purchases, approvals, account permissions, and other multi-step processes.

It helps find problems that ordinary security filters may miss because the application follows the wrong workflow.
