What is dns-rebinding?

A guide to DNS rebinding, an attack that changes a domain’s address so a browser may reach internal services while treating the request as same-site.

Use it when testing whether internal service access can be reached through a web application or browser.

It helps find cases where browser same-origin protections do not stop access to private or internal services.
