review

review is a skill for Claude Code, Codex from Molten-Bot/agent_00. It costs 41 tokens per session (373 once invoked), scanned A, original, MIT.

A read-only code-review guide for examining pull requests and changed code for correctness, regressions, security, compatibility, and testing gaps.

In plain words
What is it for?
Use it to review a pull request, inspect related callers and tests, and produce prioritised human findings plus a machine-readable verdict.
Why use it?
It turns repository evidence into concise findings without changing the files or pull request.

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5 $0.00041 $0.00373
Opus 5 $0.00020 $0.00187
Sonnet 5 $0.00008 $0.00075
Haiku 4.5 $0.00004 $0.00037

Security

Grade A, and why

review scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 5d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

What it actually says

Review Pull Requests

Inspect the effective diff against its merge base. Read the original task, PR metadata, discussion, changed code, callers, tests, configuration, migrations, and checks that affect the change.

Do not edit files, commit, push, or rewrite the pull request.

Prioritize actionable correctness, regression, security/privacy, data-loss, compatibility, concurrency, error-handling, performance, and missing-test risks. Verify claims from repository evidence. Do not report speculative concerns or pre-existing issues unrelated to the change.

Order findings by Critical, High, Medium, then Low. Every finding must identify a changed file and line, explain a concrete problem the author can fix, and be concise enough to drive a repair pass.

Return exactly two markdown sections, **Positive** and **Negative**, with bullet points only. Include at most three positive bullets and six negative bullets. If there are no findings, use exactly - No material issues found. under Negative.

End with a fenced JSON object using this shape:

{"status":"findings","mergeReady":false,"summary":"short verdict","positives":["short positive point"],"findings":[{"severity":"Medium","path":"path/to/file.go","line":123,"title":"specific actionable finding"}]}

status must be exactly one of clean, findings, or blocked; never copy a list of choices into the value. Keep the JSON consistent with the markdown. Set status to clean and mergeReady to true only when there are no material findings or blockers.

Changes

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
