What it actually says

Create one editorial cover image from the supplied article by default. If the request explicitly asks for multiple options, create each option as its own finished cover image.

  1. Read the title and body together. Identify the central subject, emotional register, and one or two concrete visual motifs. Do not illustrate only the opening sentence.
  2. Follow explicit requirements for subject and style, but do not introduce factual claims unsupported by the article.
  3. Compose for a landscape frame near 4:3. Use one strong focal point, deliberate negative space, clear visual hierarchy, and contrast that remains legible as a thumbnail.
  4. Prefer specific editorial imagery over generic stock-photo staging, decorative gradients, or unrelated atmosphere.
  5. Omit words, letters, logos, watermarks, interface elements, and imitation publication marks unless typography is explicitly requested.
  6. Produce finished PNG bitmap covers only. Do not return contact sheets, mockups, or explanations.
