report-issue

report-issue is a skill for Claude Code from Mr-M-tastic/Power-Automate-MCP. It costs 60 tokens per session (339 once invoked), scanned A, original, MIT.

A guided tool for reporting bugs or requesting features for the pa-flow MCP plugin. MCP is a standard way for agents to use external tools.

In plain words
What is it for?
Use it when pa-flow is broken, a tool fails, or you want to request a change.
Why use it?
It gathers the relevant error and environment details and prepares a GitHub issue, reducing incomplete reports and accidental sharing of secrets.

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00060 $0.00339
Opus 5 $0.00030 $0.00169
Sonnet 5 $0.00012 $0.00068
Haiku 4.5 $0.00006 $0.00034

Measured 11d ago against content hash 2dc97cf7c743, method: parsed. Prices are Anthropic first-party input rates as of 2026-09-11, from the pricing page.

Security

Grade A, and why

report-issue scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 11d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

What it actually says

Report an Issue

Help the user file a clear issue for the pa-flow MCP plugin.

Steps

  1. Ask what went wrong (one sentence) and what they expected.
  2. Collect diagnostics (do not include tokens or secrets):
    • node -v
    • plugin version (from .plugin/plugin.json)
    • the failing tool name and the exact error text (redact GUIDs if sensitive)
    • OS
  3. Summarize into a title + body using this template:
### What happened

<one line>

### Expected

<one line>

### Steps
1. ...

### Environment
- node: <version>
- plugin: power-automate <version>
- tool: <tool name>
- error: <redacted error>
  1. Provide the prefilled link: https://github.com/your-org/pa-flow-mcp/issues/new and paste the body for them to submit.

Rules

  • Never paste the contents of ~/.pa-flow-mcp-token.json or any bearer token.
  • Redact connection GUIDs and site URLs if the user considers them sensitive.
Changes

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

report-issue is a skill published in the GitHub repository Mr-M-tastic/Power-Automate-MCP (1 stars, last pushed 2mo ago), licensed MIT. It adds 60 tokens to every session and 339 once invoked, about $0.0003 per session on Opus 5. A static security scan graded it A with 0 findings. No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-08-31.
