Getting it into your agent
One page per mod, every tool's command on it. A separate URL per tool would split the same page into five that compete with each other.

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.00134 | $0.01992 |
| Opus 5 | $0.00067 | $0.00996 |
| Sonnet 5 | $0.00027 | $0.00398 |
| Haiku 4.5 | $0.00013 | $0.00199 |
Grade A, and why
balise-webmotion scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 12d ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Nothing flagged
None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.
How it starts
The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 127 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.
Webmotion
Set an award-level motion direction, then carry it into a working prototype. Research and production are one loop: inspect, choose, collect, build, compare, refine. Do not stop at advice when the user expects execution.
Load only what the task needs
- references/research-method.md — image/video/live capture, temporal decomposition, compact research, and stop conditions. Load for reference research or reproduction.
- references/source-strategy.md — source roles, platforms, and Browser/Computer Use/MCP/CLI collection routes. Load before external research or asset acquisition.
- references/asset-acquisition.md — portable image generation, provider routing, dependency setup, chroma key, transparency, and web delivery. Load before creating, acquiring, installing tooling for, or cutting out still-image assets.
- references/autonomous-production.md — capability inventory, tool choice, asset acquisition, and prototype loop. Load for autonomous or hybrid production.
- references/quality-rubric.md — measurable Awwwards-level quality gate. Load before acceptance criteria, self-review, or final review.
- references/micro-interactions.md — compact micro-interaction catalog.
- references/easter-eggs.md — optional surprise layer and its constraints.
- assets/webmotion-reference-brief.md — optional compact handoff template. Use only when a durable brief is useful.
Choose the operating mode
Inspect the project, stack, brand, code, and assets before asking anything. Ask at most three questions, only when the answers would materially change or block the work.
- Guided mode. Use when the user asks for options, research, a moodboard, or wants to arbitrate. Present up to three distinct directions, recommend one, and wait only at the explicit decision gate.
- Autonomous mode. Use when the user asks for a fast prototype, says to choose, provides a vague brief, or clearly lacks motion vocabulary. Choose the direction, sources, stack, assets, fallbacks, and prototype scope; explain decisions after making progress.
- Hybrid mode — default. Recommend one direction, explain it briefly, and begin the smallest useful implementation. Surface alternatives only when they represent a meaningful tradeoff.

What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

balise-webmotion is a skill published in the GitHub repository mrstev3n/balise-skills (11 stars, last pushed 23d ago), licensed Apache-2.0. It adds 134 tokens to every session and 1,992 once invoked, about $0.0007 per session on Opus 5. A static security scan graded it A with 0 findings. No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-08-30.

ijfw-ui-spec
Use when the user says: 'ui spec', 'design contract', 'ui audit setup', 'lock the design', 'visual contract', 'ui review setup', or '/ijfw-ui-spec'. Produces UI-SPEC.md as the visual design contract before any frontend or visual-artifact build, and dispatches ijfw-ui-auditor as the final 6-pillar gate.
