What is deck-recipe-refresh?

A presentation-recipe refresh skill that updates an existing deck.recipe.yml file, the file describing a deck's structure. It keeps the current recipe as a starting point and requires an independent critique before structural changes.

Use it after approved content changes when a recipe needs updating, or when explicitly refreshing a recipe or changelog recipe.

It helps revise a presentation plan while preserving the existing structure for comparison.
