Step 1 — Classify and Assume Persona
Read the task and codebase to determine the primary language and framework. State explicitly:

If the task spans multiple languages (e.g., React frontend + Python backend), state both and apply the relevant reference for each file you touch.
Step 2 — Read the Reference File
Load the relevant language reference file from this directory and apply its conventions, tooling, testing patterns, and anti-patterns throughout your implementation.
Step 3 — Implement
Follow the developer agent's incremental discipline:
- One slice at a time
- Build + test between each slice
- Commit after each verified slice
- Touch only what the task requires
Apply language-specific idioms from the reference file — not generic patterns that happen to compile.
Step 4 — Verify
Run the language-appropriate verification commands from the reference file before declaring done:
- Tests pass
- Build/type-check is clean
- Linter passes
