Getting it into your agent
One page per mod, every tool's command on it. A separate URL per tool would split the same page into five that compete with each other.

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.00051 | $0.00651 |
| Opus 5.5 | $0.00020 | $0.00260 |
| Sonnet 5.5 | $0.00010 | $0.00130 |
| Haiku 4.5 | $0.00005 | $0.00065 |
Grade A, and why
error-based-ssti scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 1mo ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Nothing flagged
None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.
How it starts
The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 42 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.
Error-Based SSTI ("Successful Errors")
Detect and exploit server-side template injection (and code injection) in blind / output-blocked environments by deliberately forcing runtime errors that reflect the result of evaluated code in the exception message. When even error text is suppressed, use a boolean error-based oracle (evaluate-then-conditionally-throw, e.g. division-by-zero on a true bit) to exfiltrate bit-by-bit via HTTP 500-vs-200 status differentials — zero dependency on rendered output.
Source: corpus A §I.1 — Korchagin, "Successful Errors" (PortSwigger Top 10 Web Hacking Techniques
of 2025, #1). Impact class: RCE / private-data exposure (intrinsic).
Governing method: Phase-3a hypothesis lane of systematic-attacking; leads only into the
verification spine. Only fired against operator-authorized in-scope targets, honoring rate limits.
Method
- Identify template/expression sinks (user input flowing into Jinja2/Mako, Twig/Smarty, Spring EL,
Handlebars, etc.) via source-map recovery +
semgreptaint rules; note which reflect output vs. are blind. - For blind sinks, send error-forcing payloads per engine: Python
AttributeError/mroprobes (().__class__.__mro__[1].__subclasses__()), Twiginclude(...)/not-found errors, Spring EL type-conversion faults — and read the reflected exception, not the page body. - For error-suppressed sinks, build a boolean oracle: an expression that evaluates a target bit and
conditionally triggers a fault (e.g.
1/0on true), then read the HTTP status. Iterate to exfiltrate a secret / prove code execution one bit at a time. - Escalate carefully to a contained impact proof (read a scoped file, echo a unique token via an
interactsh-clientOOB callback) sufficient to demonstrate RCE — never destructive, never out-of-scope. Encode the winning payloads as customnucleitemplates for regression. - Negative control: a benign input over the same path produces the baseline status/response, proving the differential is attacker-caused.
What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

error-based-ssti is a skill published in the GitHub repository mtarcure/claude-vibe-squad (165 stars, last pushed 1mo ago), licensed MIT. It adds 51 tokens to every session and 651 once invoked, about $0.0002 per session on Opus 5.5. A static security scan graded it A with 0 findings. No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-09-19.
