Getting it into your agent
One page per mod, every tool's command on it. A separate URL per tool would split the same page into five that compete with each other.

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.00085 | $0.00658 |
| Opus 5.5 | $0.00034 | $0.00263 |

Grade A, and why
get-started scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured today.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Nothing flagged
None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.
How it starts
The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 52 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.
OpenShorts: long video to vertical clips
OpenShorts downloads, transcribes and analyses the video on its own servers, picks the strongest moments and renders 15-60 s vertical clips with word-by-word captions and an AI-written title. A job takes minutes.
The flow
- Rights first. The user must own the video or hold the rights. Ask once,
then pass
confirm_rights=truetoprocess_video. - Submit. Give
process_videothe link exactly as the user wrote it. Do not open, search, summarise or transcribe the URL yourself: you cannot reach the video and it is not needed. For a file the user shares, callcreate_uploadand follow its instructions, then passupload_id. - Wait. Poll
get_job_statusevery 30-60 s untilcompletedorfailed. Tell the user it takes a few minutes; do not invent progress. - Show. Call
list_clipsand present each clip with its title.
Options worth setting only when asked
target_clips(1-15): a target, not a guarantee. Leave it unset by default.clip_min_seconds/clip_max_seconds: default 15 and 60; the max must be at least 5 s above the min.auto_hook=falseremoves the title burned over the first seconds.captions=falsewhen the source already has burned-in subtitles.
After the clips exist
- Captions:
add_subtitleswith a preset or a style (karaoke, one word at a time, highlight colour, font, size). - Re-cut:
recut_clipwith segments in seconds of the ORIGINAL video. It replaces the clip's current render, so confirm with the user first. - Publish:
publish_cliponly when the user explicitly asks, to the platforms they name. TikTok lands as a draft in the TikTok app; Instagram and YouTube publish directly. Usescheduled_date(ISO-8601) to schedule.
Minutes and limits
Processing uses minutes from the user's OpenShorts account. Call get_quota
before long videos. If a tool returns quota_exceeded or no_plan, tell the
user and give them the upgrade_url it returns; never retry in a loop.
What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
