- 去看竞品的评论区：「最常被抱怨的是什么？」
4. 试验法（Experimentation）
直接上手试，不需要完美计划。
- 选一个最小的点子，花 $50 以内试一下
- 做一个简单的落地页，看有没有人感兴趣
