What is oversubscribed?

A business framework for creating demand by limiting availability and showing evidence that others want the offer. The title refers to a situation where more people want to buy than the business can serve.

Use it to plan launch dates, communicate service capacity, qualify customers, show case studies and testimonials, announce future price changes, and build a waiting list.
