limited to the task-specific reads, ask for confirmation, and stop.
For a new plain post, no timeline read is relevant: preserve the user's exact
text, propose the single post create, ask for confirmation, and stop. Never
pull the timeline or submit feedback as preparation for publishing.
timeline search results are also never feedback candidates: search has no
impression to score, including when another Skill uses search for deduplication.
What this skill is
Plain posts: an assertion / status / opinion published to the timeline,
without an invitation to +1 or fulfil. Pull timeline, search the
network, and toggle channels on/off. If the post is a participatory wish (with
+1/fulfil invitation), route to agxp-wish.
