crawlforge-mcp: Skill for Claude Code

.claude/skills/teammate-workflow/SKILL.md

teammate-workflow is a skill for Claude Code from mysleekdesigns/crawlforge-mcp. It costs 53 tokens per session (202 once invoked), scanned A, original, MIT.

A workflow guide for agents working as teammates on a shared task list. It explains how to find available tasks, claim them, handle blockers, and coordinate with a team lead.

In plain words
What is it for?
Use it to find pending unassigned tasks, choose tasks in order, claim work, resolve blockers, and report issues to the team lead.
Why use it?
It reduces confusion when several agents share work by defining who should take a task and what to do when progress is blocked.

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00053 $0.00202
Opus 5 $0.00026 $0.00101
Sonnet 5 $0.00011 $0.00040
Haiku 4.5 $0.00005 $0.00020

Measured 9d ago against content hash 82b55cd29436, method: parsed. Prices are Anthropic first-party input rates as of 2026-09-09, from the pricing page.

Security

Grade A, and why

teammate-workflow scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 9d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

What it actually says

Teammate Workflow

When working as a teammate:

  1. Find available work - After completing your current task, call TaskList to find available work
  2. Identify claimable tasks - Look for tasks with status pending, no owner, and empty blockedBy
  3. Prefer ID order - When multiple tasks are available, prefer tasks in ID order (lowest ID first), as earlier tasks often set up context for later ones
  4. Claim a task - Claim an available task using TaskUpdate (set owner to your name), or wait for leader assignment
  5. If blocked - Focus on unblocking tasks or notify the team lead
Changes

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
